I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut with over ten years of experience in clinical support. I have over 18 years of experience in family support. My specialization is working with individuals with anxiety, depression, and parenting issues.
My counseling style is client-centered. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, compassion, and respect. My approach combines talk therapy, Problem-Solving, Cognitive-behavioral,  Humanistic, and Grief Counseling.
